Supporting Haven House

I am again so pleased to say that we are going to be supporting the Seven Kings Lions club in raising well deserved funds for Haven House children's hospice.

I was invited to attend the Lions Club Holli gig back in March and the Mayoress of Redbridge attended. She spoke of Haven House and her goal in raising funds for this well deserved charity and service. I decide immediately to give my total earning for the night to them. We raised £360 and gave the lot to the Lions Club campaign.

I also donated 5 family portrait vouchers totaling £140 each to their raffle.

The Lions club in raising well needed funds to help Haven house in decorating their Butterfly room (where a child is laid to rest) and a new bathroom.

Oakfield school charity ball in aid of First Steps

It was our pleasure to be invited to provide event photography for First Steps and Oakfield School on Fri 8th May. Unfortunately I had to blow my nephews 21st birthday bash but we were forgiven.
The event was amazing, extremely well organised and numerous auctions and silent auctions on some amazing products.

Memorable Portraits donated a 1hr family portrait session with a a free image in a glass block, totaling £340. I'm please to announce that some lucky person took it home for mere £200. Well done!

I want to say a personal thanks to Melen (my wife) and Louise (my photographer) who stayed at the event until 1am taking images and using our Mitsubishi Click system providing instant prints in 30 secs, wow that's fast.

We managed to given back to First Steps a respectable £200.

SWPP Conference

The entire team took the week away to attend the SWPP conference. We were blown away with all the amazing products that were on display and from the various speakers that presented.

Many of us found the information from the speakers very useful in how we can improve our relationship to you so we plan to put many of those useful pointers into place ASAP.

We just can't wait for FOCUS 2009 held in Birmingham on the week of 21st-25th Feb 2009. See you there!
